What can I do?

Unfortunately I already know the answer.. but I guess I’m hoping there’s more I can do.

They came back today asking for more proof that I’ve been cohabitating with my sponsor.

I have none.

So I’m most likely going to be denied...

What then?

We start the process over?

If I get denied common-law, can we get married and apply again right away?

My visitor record is extended until March 2019, .can I stay until March 2019 if I get denied PR?

I’m feeling pretty broken. I’ve been in Canada almost two years on extension and I really can’t imagine breaking my kids away from their father to move back while we work this out.

I just don’t know what to do at this point...

We’re going to try and send them some other things- but I have little hope.

If you're legitimate, have you gotten your MP involved?

You can marry and reapply right away.

As kcward said above its maybe time to get your MP involved.

You have no additional proof since you applied? Utility bills, new contracts at the home you share showing both your names? Mail showing you both at the same address since you applied?

You say you have "nothing".. How about getting friends/family to write some supporting letters talking about you relationship and they can confirm you have been living with xxxx at xxx for xxx years.

I really dont think all is lost..

I mean if you flat out can't satisfy the checklist that's a problem but I can't see how if this is a US/CDN relationship tbh.

My friends and family already wrote letters!

I honestly can’t even fathom why they’re questioning anything! My package was the epitome of perfect... I sent emergency insurance showing I live here and he paid for it, we sent letters from both of our families and friends, I’ve extended my stay twice with this address and signed letters from my hubby stating that he is responsible for my care...

We have ZERO red flags, we have two kids together...

We are going to send them this years taxes, but they already have last years...

Letter from landlord stating you live there?

If you've been in Canada two years, do you have a Canadian ID with his address on it?
Cell phone bill w/ his address?
If he's renting and you're not on the lease, get a letter from the landlord stating you have been living there.

We tried. The landlord is a company. So they won’t write a letter.
