I received this email but no update

I received this email in 27 march 2018 but still no update or email after this mail ans also my application not sent to any visa office until now.
Is it regular?
How much time is regular in this section?

We are pleased to inform that you have met the federal eligibility requirements as a sponsor.
The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be sent to a visa office for
processing. The visa office will be selected based on your relative’s home address and the
requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A confirmation letter will be sent to you
once the application is sent to the visa office, informing you of the visa office selected. This
confirmation letter will also provide you with instructions on how to submit an undertaking application
to the Provincial government.

You could call IRCC to enquire.........1-888-242-2100 - from within Canada only.

decision to transfer and when depends on IRCC........good your application is in-process.......i would say relax.......and give it some time.........look forward to the next step, request for medical exam.

Medical exam is passed.
Web have group of iranian
All of them recieved the ankara visa post after 1 to 7 days after the sposnsor approval
But after 2 month there is no send to visa office

The file transfer notification message is usually sent soon after Sponsor Approval........there could be 3 possibilities;

1. The file was transferred but notification message was not sent.
2. The file was transferred and notification message sent was not seen by applicant (maybe email lost in junk mail or whatever).
   
3. The file was not transferred or has not been transferred (note: not all files are transferred).

Only IRCC could clarify the situation.........will advice the Sponsor residing in Canada call IRCC to inquire.........1-888-242-2100 - from within Canada only.

They only tell me you application is in Canada and we will send to visa office,
You could not ask any question or ask why until 1 years :|

The sponsor has been approved.......you have completed medical.......so why worry about transfer......its possible you file may not be transferred......its not usual not to hear from IRCC for months after medical exam......and the next step will be eligibility and background check which takes awhile.......will advice you assume the process completion time is 12months, could be more or less to help reduce your waiting stress.......relax......spousal sponsorship needs lots of patience.....its a wait game.

There is many application that start after us and received their visa ,Pass request or background check started.
My application city is Montreal and I need to received CSQ.
I need this letter to received CSQ.
I do not know why the CIC not sent my application to any visa office

Please don't post personal stuff on public site.....

Its only been 5 months since you applied........time to complete processing is on a case basis........so don't use others timelines.......please relax......will advice you assume the process completion time is 12months.........relax.......your application is been processed.

You already called IRCC more than 50 times.......50 times.......50 times......stop don't call IRCC......give them time to process your application.
