Is the sample below appropriate for a job reference letter when applying through CEC? What should be changed/added?

Could you please advise if the duties written here match well and do not look like being copied from NOC website? I just need like a third opinion from someone.

Here is the list of my duties I matched accordingly with the NOC 1221:

· Perform administrative activities related to establishment operations

· Oversee, analyze and co-ordinate the flow of work for facility operations

· Identify workflow and system improvements and work with management to implement changes

· Set up work priorities in accordance with deadlines and business needs

· Analyze facility operations and provide administrative support to the senior management

· Gather various data, prepare and maintain a set of key business, operational and periodic reports and correspondence customized to the company needs

· Assign administrative tasks to the fellow analyst and facility staff and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the work completed

· Plan for equipment, forms and office supplies

· Maintain inventory control procedures

· Administer, analyze and co-ordinate the outbound shipments

Question: when you say applying thru CEC it means u put in the EE profile the Canadian experience etc right? The automatically its assumed as CEC? I couldn’t find any other special way to apply as CEC apart from the regular EE profile

Im outside Canada right now trying to get ICT work visa to get inside canada and work for a year to apply with the Canadian experience points. So I guess when I’ll update my profile ill be automatically a CEC applicant right?

Based on your credentials, the system will determine whether you are eligible for any of the Express Entry programs. It will be shown which programs you could apply under after you submit your EE profile
