Can I Sponsor my wife after 1st stage of my PR approval?

Can any one please tell me whether I can apply for spousal sponsorship after first stage approval (After I receive my AOR) of my PR application?

Your question is unclear. Please explain exactly what you are asking. If you are married, your spouse must already be included in the application forms anyway. If you married after submitting your application, you must let IRCC know, so that your wife can be added immediately.

Me and my wife, we both are in Canada and have a valid work permit. While creating EE profile, I did select my Marital status as married but said NO to the other question "is my wife coming to Canada with me". Because I was getting 12 points more when I not considered my wife's details. So I created EE profile only using my details.
My wife's work permit expires this December and So now I need to know when I can sponsor my wife?
Do I have wait until I get my PR approved ? or Can I apply after getting AOR?
Please let me know. Thanks.
