spouse last name change after marriage

i am planning to apply for express entry
points 452.
not yet submitted profile due to following reason:

any help would be highly appreciate...
primary applicant - wife
dependent - husband & child

My Wife passport has following details :
Name - wife_name maiden_surname
Father Name - Ram Lal Gupta
Address - Address_Old,delhi

After marriage she changed her last name from maiden_surname to changed_surname.
name before marriage - wife_name maiden_surname
name after marriage - wife_name changed_surname
but her father name on our marriage certificate is mentioned as Mr. R L gupta instead of Ram Lal Gupta(only initials were mentioned in the marriage certificate)

Child birth certificate has following details
Name of mother - wife_name changed_surname
Doubt - How can my wife show that we both are married and person with name wife_name maiden_surname and wife_name changed_surname are same ? As this will be required to prove relation to add dependent.

Your Marriage Certificate is not a problem.

Birth Certificate is also fine.

I would suggest to endorse your name on her passport and while requesting this, get her name changed by giving proof of Marriage Certificate.
Apply in Tatkal and you will get it in a week or so.
