AOR 30th April. Background check not started?

Applied in early April for EE.
AOR on 30th April
Request IMM5669e on May 8th and sent on 11th.

Status remained the same:
We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

With only Medical passed.

Anyone else in the same situation??

Also it seems they updated the UI or maybe some options got locked?

My eAPR is 14th April, and the status is still same. No update after Medical passed.
