NOC - Clarification

Hi Friends

I have altogether 5 years + work experience in 3 companies but 3 different designations. However, the work I performed in all 3 places more or less similar.

Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts - 2 yr & 4 months
Head of Finance - 1 yr & 2 months
Finance Manager - 1 yr & 8 months (presently working)

As per the research I did, I selected NOC 0111 - Finance Manager.

Will there be any issue for my first job since my designation is lower than finance manager?
I am in doubt.

Otherwise, I have to wait another 2 months to complete 3 years in last 2 jobs. Which is a waste of my time.

Please comment to decide on NOC.

If your roles matches NOC 0111 across all your jobs, then its good.

It does not depend on the designation. If you can provide the reference letter with roles and responsibilities matching the NOC, then it is not a problem. VO will look at these to determine the match to the NOC.
