Where to upload affidavit while submitting an application?

Hi guys,
I'm at the final stage of filling my application and want to upload one and the same person affidavit. I did upload the letter of explanation however, I dont see option to upload additional/other documents in the checklist. Is it kind of a bug? or do I have to submit it somewhere else?

If the affidavit is regarding POF then combine it with other docs of POF and make one pdf, else combine it with the documents which are of same field...
There is no separate column of affidavit.
By the way what affidavit is about?

one and the same person am assuming is name affidavit - upload it in the educational document section.

U may upload it with passport scanned pages and educational section both...

Thanks for reply. It's a name affidavit. I thought we'd have a seperate window to upload other docs. I'll upload them at the relevant section as you suggested.
