Yes there are jobs that don't need lmia. Just Google lmia exceptions and you will find in forums and in CIC website also

Is there anything in between, like if I can get CLB7 in Reading and Listening, and CLB5 in Writing and Speaking? I ask because 4 points will probably not be enough for me.

If you obtain CLB 6, it would be the same points as if you were at CLB 5 (as second language).

Hello everyone, me and my husband are sitting at 437 right now. I am the main applicant. If I apply without him we hope we will get ITA. but how does this work? If we get an ITA would I be asked why my spouse is not accompanying me? How long will it take him to join me there? in my new express entry profile should I mention the old profile? Please answer all these questions.
(we don't have kids)

Its ok if ur spouse is not accompanying. Just be truthful in that profile.
Normally takes over a year to get him visa after you get PR but confirm in the right forums about this pls
You can make a new profile and withdraw the old one without mentioning about the old profile. Profile as such is nothing if u didn't get any LTA.

Anyway, what I finally figured out:
CLB 5 in each section = 1 point each -> Max 4 points
CLB 7 in each section = 3 points each + 30 points if one can score CLB7 in all 4 sections -> Max 42 points
CLB 9 in each section = 5 points each + 30 points if one can score CLB7 in all 4 sections -> Max 50 points

If I create and submit my profile on 12th June, and if my CRS score is above the next round's cut off, will I get ITA? Or does it take some time to update your profile in CIC records?

yes you will get ita. Remember it can take up to 24 hours for your profile to be active in the pool. Sometimes can be active even after 5 mins

From AOR stage can take around three to six months. Pls check time line threads for this info

Based on my research, OINP HCP program does not require you to apply individually as long as you have already submitted your application through EE program, aka you are in the pool. The system of OINP will automatically scan those candidates who choose "willing to live in Ontario" or "in all provinces" and send out the provincial nominations.
