Hi my wife is living USA since some years and not a permanent employee she works for some time for living.and she has a Canadian passport. our question is that can she can sponsor me in Canada and then she want to come back in Canada. her father is also living in Canada. We also want know that as she does work properly and not much financially good then will it be an issue.
Please share us your experience and knowledge that.

Yes, if she's a Canadian citizen she can sponsor you. You can apply for an Outland application and she just needs to show her intent on returning to Canada. There is no minimum income requirement for sponsorship, so working part time will not be a problem. That being said she will be asked to show how she will be able to support you. If you work and have some savings together it will be fine.
