i need help on my permanent residence application please

i was going over my application and i realise that i answered a question wrongly. i aswered NO for ther part where they asked if i have ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? but i have been denied visiting visa to US before.

i have submitted my application, what can i do please

send a LoE and make the case officer aware about your error and explain why was it rejected.

please where do i send the LoE to and how do i know my case officer. i know this might sound stupid but i really don't know. kindly assist. thank you

It is simply a letter addressing to visa officer including subject and explanation. add few details about yourself too e.g. your name, application number, passport number etc.
You will not get any access to case officer, its basically the letter you have to address it to

I have sent the LoE. Fingers crossed . I’m really anxious and overwhelmed. I don’t want my application to be denied because of this

Oh, yes. Got PPR this week. You should be fine too, just give them time.

That's Great news , I used the webform and chose the option ,
replacement documents , amandment of documents verification of status documents

In your inquiry section
Then I explained everything about visa refusal and by mistake missed

Then I made a LOE of the same and signed
Also attached pages of passport with visa refused

Is this ok? Or there is some other form?

Hi guys, the same thing happened with me. I applied yesterday and I realized today that I made a mistake. I went on the link you sent and wrote a short explanation and told them the info I have about a couples of visas rejected for me and 4 for my spouse.
@Breeze00 Do you think this is ok? and does this delay the process? WIll they send a form for me to fill out? if yes, when???
and one more question, me and my spouse have a long list of travels details, do you think this delays the process too?

I did the same about 2 weeks after I submitted my application and I got ppr after 4 months. I think that's decent timing. I don't know how travel history affect PR processing but as long as u didn't stay for more than 6 months at a stretch, I think the effect is negligible. Again, I am not sure about this. My travel history is less than 20 in about 6 different countries.
