Getting in Job in canada while still in the pool

Please I need to know if it is possible to get a job in Canada through job bank while I am still in the pool. My CRS point is 377. I don't know if I apply for job is possible I get hired

It's extremely difficult and very unlikely you'll be successful - however you can certainly try. Most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process.

However you certainly won't get a job through job bank. You'll have to apply outside of job bank if you want to try to get a job.

Very unlike that a company will be interested in all that trouble & cost they will incur to get you to Canada for the job. At best, they will tell you to get in touch with them when you are in Canada.

What stops you from trying anyways, no harm in that !!!! All the best !

The recruitment companies will only entertain you if you are in country as they want to meet you in person and discuss your profile and potential opportunities.

They are picky(so are the companies) wrt what landing documents you have or what kind of visa you have,etc.
If you are on PR here then chances of finding a job are high

I have written ielts twice with high band in SWR but lower band in listening which automatically dragged down my CRS point. Am scared of writing another one thereby looking for all other legal possibilities to boost my point.
