Correct wording for work reference letter of current position

I'm getting a reference letter from my current employer. What would be the correct wording to say that I'm currently employed by this company:

Currently it says "This is to certify that Mr. X has been employed by Y since June 2017 as Z" but it does not imply that I'm currently employed in this position.

How should be the wording to emphasis that I'm currently holding this position?

Were you holding multiple positions in the same company? If not this is good enough, Need job duties as well.

Well I did hold multiple positions. From December 2016 to mid June 2017 I was position A. Then mid June 2017 to today I have position B. Would that also be confusing? End and start of two positions be the same month ?

No problem in that, However do mention all roles and responsibilities.
