I have done 3 years Diploma from State Board, then through Lateral entry to B-Tech to complete Bachelors. Then I did a distance learning 1 year Masters diploma from a college called TASMAC. Please, can you tell me while creating a profile in WES, which one should I be entering? I am unable to get a transcript for TASMAC, though I have the marksheets with me. Also during EE profile creation, which education should I select? Can I select 2 or more diploma, certificate if evaluation for TASMAC is not available?

It purely depends on your ECA report. If your Diploma was after 12th and then B.Tech, then you will get "Two or More".
Else, try your luck in getting ECA first.
For TASMAC, if you get transcripts, then surely you will get "Two or More"
