Hi all,

I have applied for express entry and I received ITA. I currently live in the US. I moved to the US as a student (F1 visa) then received H1B.

My question is, do I need to include all of my previous I-20s and H1B information when I upload my documents for ITA application?

Also, my husband is an asylum seeker in the US ( his case is pending) , do I need to include any information about that? ( we are mentioning it in the application and including a Schedule A form )

Thanks!

You will only need to upload the H1B visa as it is on your passport.

What did you tell your employer that made them write you the job reference letter
Well, my H1B took forever when the institution applied for it on my behalf. So, I told my supervisor that I am going to apply to move to Canada as a plan B incase my H1B doesn't get approved, and he was very open minded about it. After I got it, I told him that I am still going to pursue Express entry just in case, and his exact words were " I don't like it, but it's fair" =)
