CEC folks like me are being processed at Ottawa. But per my immitracker for CEC AORs since May 1st, no one has got PPR. And tons of back logs from late April AOR too. Peak PPR for Ottawa was around early to mid April.

Eligibility is about like your CRS score if it’s above cut off and if you are qualified under the category you file including everything you submitted. But BGC is just screening process even some people claimed BGC finished and eligibility still under review per GCMs notes provided by friends in the notes thread.
If CEC and Ottawa CVO was a yard stick then by then all CEC would have been processed. But this isnt really the yard stick tbh.

Sorry inland folks, I did the wrong note yetsterday lol. If u are inland, order notes from privacy act it’s free, and ATIP is for someone not in Canada lol I wasted 5 bucks lol

That’s right.. they are sending ppr to early n mid April AOR guys but other visa offices are still stuck with feb n March AOR s according to the immitracker .
Most of the April aor guys getting golden mail were processed in ottawa n new delhi
I have had no updates on my application since 13 April..AOR was on 6 April..Medicals passed on 13th and since then no updates whatsoever...Is it normal?? This is turning out to be even worst than my worst nightmare....going by the rate at which my application is moving I doubt if I would even be done by late July..
