I have an active EE profile and considering going the route of PNP as my total CRS isn't high and I've done IELTS two times without any point adding. Lol (don't trust myself again). Now my issue is I don't have enough money for POF and don't have where or who can assist.
Plz I need suggestions from people that have been in my shoes before. Looking for C$19+

Get someone to lend you the money. You can draw up a gift deed...and submit it with bankstatements...that will satisfy cic that money was a gift...etc.
But if you dont have money...would suggest that you reconsider your options. As you really will need the money to survive the first few months in canada.

Hold off applying to immigrate for a few years until you have saved up the funds required for POF.

you think that is a wise decision considering that 2020 is just a some few months away? Thanks all the same.
I do - because you'll need that money to establish yourself in Canada. Unless you're able to secure an LMIA supported job offer in Canada (which tends to be extremely difficult to do) - there's really no way around POF. You can certainly borrow the money - but keep in mind that you will most likely use all / most of it up during your first year in Canada.

Well i do have someone to live with at least for the first 2months and the issue isn't that I won't be coming in with money to Canada but the 6months bank statement showing average balance over the period.
