wes evaluation for express entry

I completed my B.Sc. in the year 2008
and did M.Sc. in the year 2009-2011 through correspondence study .
In the year 2010, i took registration in CA course in ICAI and completed the Inter in 2011 year and the final exams in the year 2014.
Does the WES for Canada will have any problem with the two ongoing courses in the year 2011.kindly reply asap.

I am not sure how they treat CA courses, but there is no problem with two ongoing courses for the same year, if you can prove it with the respective certificates clearly.
