WES rejecting documents

Hi all ,
I did my architecture 5 year course from Mumbai

Now 1st year , 2nd Year and 4th year were autonomous college exams.
and 3rd year and 5th year by Maharashtra State Board of Technical education.

Since Maharashtra State Board of Technical education will not attest 1st year , 2nd Year and 4th year marksheets because they were autonomous college exams.
So I gave WES my 1st year , 2nd Year and 4th year marksheets attested by College Principal
and 3rd year and 5th year by Maharashtra State Board of Technical education.

They are not accepting .anyone knows what to do ahead ?

Don't you have a Transcript with all the years combined, that can be attested by your college registrar? The problem here mostly is that the mark sheets were attested by your principal. It should be attested by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar.

santhkum90 --I have given those as well.. all 5 year marksheets taken from college and transferred in MSBTE format and attested and given in sealed envelope from MSBTE.

so I have gven three items in all
1) all 5 year marksheets taken from college and transferred in MSBTE format and attested and given in sealed envelope from MSBTE.(Transcripts)
2) Final Degree, 3rd and 5th year attested and given in sealed envelope from MSBTE.(3rd year and 5th year were conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Technical education.
3) 1st 2nd and 4th year marksheets separately attested and sealed by college principal ( because they were autonomous college exams.)

what more can I give ?
