Hi Guys,

My Single entry visa to enter Canada expired on Feb 28th. Due to my personal commitments (long story... had to marry immediately due to some family constraints) i was not able to do the landing. I really want to settle down in Canada so was wondering what options I have now.

Can I make an appeal to issue me a new Visa to enter Canada?

My martial status has changed from Single to married - can my wife be included into my application now?

If the above options are not possible, can i make new application? Since i didn't do the landing once, will it be a issue for my application.

Hoping someone could advice me on this here.

It's not extendable. It's "use it, or lose it". You will need to go through the whole application process again from the very beginning.

Thanks for the reply, sigh... its a pain to go through the whole process again, nevertheless, what needs to be done has to be done.
