Hi, I’m need help to clarify the rejection item before re-submitting the application in Jul. I’m from Malaysia and travel for 16D14N

I’ve submit the application beginning of May18 and got rejected on mid May 18.

My Rejected reason is travel history, purpose of visit, financial asset and financial status.

My brother rejected reason is travel history, purpose of visit, current employment situation, financial asset and financial status.

After reading many post, understand that I’ve submitted very minimal information at first place. No wonder get rejection.

Document submitted as follow
1. Birth Certificate
2. 6 mth payslip
3. 6 mth bank statement - CAD 4500
4. EPF statement
5. EA form
6. Income tax assessment 2017
7. FD - CAD 9500
8. Air ticket booking return flight
9. Itinerary overall without estimate expenses.
10. Employment confirmation letter

Question
1. Referring to CIC, i need to get certified translator to translate non-english document into english or french. Would like to know whether i need to get Notary Public as supporting for the translation?
2. It is help to provide information like Unit Trust and Insurance policy as investment?
3. Do i need to submit medical checkup?
4. Does the property also depend on the value of it? If i provide sale and purchase agreement, it is require full set?
5. Do i need to provide my car loan statement?
6. Do i need to provide credit card statement?
7. It is useful if I’m getting my employer to write information about my personality and responsibility? (It will help my brother to overcome the current employment situation)

I’m going to submit the below additional information other than the document that I’ve provided before as per below

1. Details day to day plan with estimate expenses (air ticket booking, train booking and hotel booking)
2. Travel history list down based on chronological order with purpose of visit. I’m been to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Australia, South Korea, Hong kong, Macao, China, Iceland, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic.
3. Write a letter for the purpose of visit during Oct for Maple leaf, Grotto, Old Montreal and Old Quebec.
4. Provide sale and purchase agreement of house own by me.
5. FD - CAD 40000
6. Document translated to English for retirement fund (EPF), yearly income (EA),
Birth Cert.
7. Cover letter to indicate how am i overcome the refusal reason.

I’m going to submit via paper. Please let me know if there is any other document that I’m miss out.

1. What's the purpose of your visit?
My major to have social visit. Seeing maple leaf at fall season and camping in Algonquin Park. I’ll be going to ottawa, old montreal and old quebec.

No

I stay with my parent. Both retired and doesnt depend on myself and my brother. We just provide some cash to them as monthly expenses. No prove via bank transfer.

Yes, im citizen of Malaysia

Epf refer to employment provident fund - yes
Ea is yearly income statement provided by company as an employee. It document use to submit income tax return.
FD lock in till end of dec18 and jan19


6. Typically, how long did you stay in the countries you visited in the past? And what were the purposes of those visits?
Australia - 9 days
Iceland - 12 days
Japan - 8 days
South korea - 11 days

Europe - actually i arrive at Austria and departure from Germany. No stamp for other country showing in/out - 6 days

All countries are sightseeing for past 7 years. I’m frequent traveller.
