It's good that you called them. I was in the same situation. I called them on Tuesday night (Indian time) and they said everything looks good and I got the email on Wednesday morning 9:00 AM. I felt that they forgot to trigger the email and so they did that after I called.

I believe it’s CIO. CPC would be the last step from where you get the PPR email.

Hello guys,

I got GCMS notes and it says "need review by an officer". AOR Dec 1, ADR Dec 8, replied ADR Dec 27, meds passed in DEC. No update since then. Can anyone please shed some light on my this?
Has anyone stuck in IP1 who ordered GCMS notes had similar kind of situation?
