Should we stay back in Canada until we get PR Card

Dear Experts,
I recently got my COPR and will be travelling to Canada soon. Since my kids (twins) are very small (3 months), I can not stay in Canada for more than 1 week and will have to travel back to India before I receive my PR card. I am planning to comeback to Canada after 2 months after making arrangements for my family to stay in India at least till the little ones turns one year. I heard that I need to stay back in Canada until I get my PR Card and can not travel back to India before that.. Is it true? Is there a way some one can send the cards to India which I can use it to travel back from India? Also, during exit from Canada after port of entry(upon return), immigration officer's will ask for the PR card and without PR card we can not travel back to India. Is it true? Please advise me in this matter. Thanks for your great support!

After landing, you can apply for PR card and mention the delivery address of your any friend or relative in Canada.

You can return after that. You can travel without PR card, do not forget the COPR document ever when you do not have a PR card

Once your friend receives the PR card, ask him to courier it to you in India. Then you can travel with it.

I was writing in the context of returning to India after applying for PR card. @ravinara mentioned that he wanted to return after one week. So, when he is returning, PR card is not required.

Thanks PreetSingh for your valuable suggestion. Since I am returning without PR card, I would like to know if there will be any complications when I travel back to Canada with PR card. Looking forward for your response. Thanks & Regards, Ravinara
