Express entry profile submission says I am ineligible

I don't have Canadian work experience and I just received the assessment from this website and the assessment shows 435 as per Mr. Cohen. Do I need to re-take my IELTS or any option that you may suggest? Thank you in advance

Based on the website, I only have 367. That answers my question. Should I retake IELTS? or I can apply for PNP? or look for a job?
