I am trying to migrate canada .
I am diploma instrumentation holder and got 19 points for my wes report.currently 36 years old and calculated CRS score around 350 including clb9 for ielts.
Please advise me any chance of applying pr either by express entry or pnp programme.

To be honest, it is very difficult for a score of 350. The latest draw was for 440 and it doesn't seem like coming down anytime soon. You can try to write TEF for french language, which will give you 50 more points, and then try for PNP.

1.if i go for two year study over there ,any chance?

2. Or, my wife is have 22 point for wes ( education ) and age is just 30. How will be the possibility if she would be the primary applicant?

In case your spouse has work exp and she can score clb 9 in IELTS I. E 8,7,

Well that's your decision however I would suggest try for Pr by scoring 8777 in ielts

You can apply through PNP. Try to get your NOC code and I can find the right province for you.

2243 Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics

Search for PNP forums on this website. There are a lot of people talking about it.
