Medical examination ..need help

I am applying for the category family class spouse and got the medical examination date along with a form IMM1017 (medical report and biodata form)
I have compleated my medical examination today.The doctor have signed the IMM1017 form but he havnt written my medical condition in that form .He only wrote his name and sign and verified that my ID is real and finally put hospitals seal in it.They told that the doctor will directly send my reports to CIC.
My doubt here is what should i do with the signed and sealed IMM 1017 form which they returned to me.Should i send it to CIC.

Keep your copy of IMM1017 form.

Once your medical examination has been completed the Panel Physician will submit medical results to IRCC for assessment.

How to complete your Immigration Medical Examination

Book an appointment with a Panel Physician in your area as soon as possible. If you are unable to complete your medical examination within the 30 day time frame provided, it is your responsibility to inform the IRCC office responsible for processing your application as soon as possible.

Once your medical examination has been completed the Panel Physician will submit medical results to IRCC for assessment. To obtain a copy of your Immigration Medical Examination please ask the panel physician at the time of your appointment.
