Mother with child visiting fees !

My sister wants to visit me from jordan with her 3 year old son.
She will submit the applications in paper
I will pay the fees online and send her the receipt in Pdf to bring along with her application to the V.A.C in jordan.

My question is I know she need visa fees and biometric fees
Does the child need visa fees and biometric fees as well because he has a few forms in his name ? Or is it just visa fees ?

If she is not able to show that she has significant savings and strong ties to Jordan (if that is her home country) she is unlikely to get a visa.
