Skip some work experiences while filling EOI info

Dear All,

As the CIC system would not give any extra points for work experience between 1 and 3 years. Is it advisable to skip (not to list) all the work experiences while filling EOI? For instance, I have 2 year plus experience. The points awarded for 1 year+ and 2 year+ are the same. I worked for 1 year+ in a company and then moved to other where I also have 1 year+. Thus, it becomes 2 year+ in total. As CIC would not give any extra points for listing my work experience gained in the later company, should I skip it? Or, its advisable to put them. Skipping means, I would have less documents to show/present to CIC.

It is okay to skip, as long as you get the necessary 67 points or more in the selection factors. Here each year matters.

Use this chart to find the number of points based on your number of years of experience.

Experience Maximum 15 points
1 year 9
2-3 years 11
4-5 years 13
6 or more years 15
