Issue on the online submission of Schedule A & Police certificate

Hi, I am Canadian living in Korea with my Korean wife.

We are planning to move back to Canada, and I have sponsored my Korean wife for her PR status.

The process is on the right track, and we have recently received a letter from the Immigration Canada regarding the submission of schedule A (IMM5669) and a police certificate.

I tried to submit the documents online, but there is some problem.
I could successfully sign in to my account with GCKey.
Then, I have performed “Link application to this account” two days ago.
I can view our account now.
The main screen shows the following sections.

• My Information
• What would you like to do today?

• Continue my profile/application, not yet submitted. The table shows “No data available in table”.
• View my submitted applications or profiles: I can see a brief description of our account.

• Account Messages.

• There is a message, “Application number (F0000XXXX) has been linked to your account”.

I want to submit the required documents online, but there is no relevant icon or instruction.
Can someone tell me how to proceed / what is the issue?

If I click on "View submitted application", "Documents submitted by the client" window pops up.
"Supporting Documents" table is blank & "Optional Documents" table shows "There are no required documents for this online application"
If I click on "Next" button, "Required Documents Checklist" still shows "There are no required documents for this online application".
What can be a problem?
