Take your PR Card, COPR, Passports, ID etc such as license or etc with you for the day......test and oath might be on same day

But this is my thinking what if I fail the exam which unfortunately I will have to retake then it means I get rescheduled?

You might have the test on the same day, but there's something missing! i.e. your test invite is missing

I have my test at 10 am and my oath at 130pm.

Also, my oath is conditioned on passing test+interview.

So, don't just show up at 130. Better to clarify with whats going on first.


EDIT: just wait to receive your invite, there will probably be both test+ oath invite in the same communication

If you fail your exam, and you had an oath planned on the same day, then yes, you have to reschedule everything.
