Use your primary residence details, vacations shouldn't be listed on SchedA as far as I know. If necessary, the visa office can make you fill out a travel history form too.
You can always include a letter of explanation detailing why you filled in the form the way you did. I had to clarify why my work address was in another country than my residential address by letter (I work remotely, but cross-border workers should also include a letter explaining this).
Remember, the person receiving this is also human, so as long as what you out on the form (and letter) is clear and represents the truth, they have the information they need.
