My husband received the passport request letter this morning from Vienna. We had complete silence from December 7th until he got a pre-arrival services letter on May 25 (last Friday), then everything just moved quickly from then on. Full timeline in signature.

Don't hold your breath. You, like me, are waiting for the background check stage in LVO. The most recent applicant to move onto that stage in London was a couple days ago and that applicant only applied on August 23rd. We might have to wait another couple of months.

I received that invitation to pre-arrival services letter last March 13, 2018. The same day I received the Request letter for Singapore PCC.

Are you referring to the member on here called Hunks? If so her file transfer to LVO was early feb I think..after mine. There's hope!

Thank you! I'm very excited can't believe it's finally coming to an end lol and don't worry I'm sure you'll hear something soon! It's very odd how they do things...you can't really predict anything. I expected we'd have to wait ages after the pre-arrival letter, it's not uniform at all when they send those letters. But with it I think you can safely assume that your relationship "passed the test". You've done everything you can on your end, now it's just about waiting. Hang in there!

I submit my passport with 2 copy recent picture to Canada vfs Bangladesh on May 28,2018 and they gave me a track number. Wherever i track my status on that day and it shows they sent my file.On 30 May it shows Canada visa office in Singapore received my document and start processing. But i got mail for these individual updates but got single messege for the first(28May,2018)sinario.
"Visa application, tracking ID No................ has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 30/05/2018 and its under process.
SO WHAT NEXT?
HOW MUCH TIME THEY TAKES?
IF I GET A MAIL ABOUT FOR PASSPORT COLLECTION THEN OR AFTER GET A MESSEGE I GO TO VFS BANGLADESH OFFICE?

I have seen in your signature that your VO asked you to send the Singapore PCC later. How they asked you (By e-mail/ GcKey)? Did they mention the way of sending the PCC?
Actually my VO asked me by e-mail to send my Bangladesh PCC but didn't mention how to send it. After that I sent e-mail to VO for couple of times but they didn't make reply. However, I called to IRCC and sent the PCC by webform & e-mail as well. Don't know VO has received it or not!

I sent it through the GCKey. The webform is the same when you send your Sched A. It will be under "Additional Document" (i think)... but yeah, not through email.

my status is almost same but they need additional documents to process my application( which is CSQ since i am going to Quebec) so i have the CSQ since 28th of may but waiting for the LVO to ask me to send it to them. they say i do not need an interview but they dont say they will send me a msg if this changes but for bio-metric they say they will send me a msg when it changes. Lastly my background check are in process. I wonder the same how much more to go??

yes it shows eligibility is in progress, but gcms notes say eligibility not started. gckey has said eligibility in progress since jan 2018
