does being a non tax resident in Canada affect the renewal of my Canadian pr card when it expires?? Even though I stayed in Canada more than 730 days per five years. Thank you.

If you have ample days over 730, it should be fine. But if you are very close to 730, and IRCC has doubts about any of your days claimed in Canada, filing as non-resident would be a negative factor in any final decision or later appeal.
