We live in India. My father and I are the names in bank joint account.
But my father and sister will be applying for Canada visitor visa. The main funding belongs to my dad which is joint account with me. Can he, the main holder, apply for visa with 6-months bank statement in joint account?

Yes he can, it will not be a problem if you are on the ja and not applying for a visa with your father.
Father maybe asked to provide further proof of relationship, which can be proven through your passport or your birth certificate.

Your dad must submit a 6 months' bank statement. He can submit additional documents to confirm that a significant portion of the bank balance is his contribution (for example, his salary/ dividends, etc).

You must give a letter that states you are allowing your dad to use XXXX amount of the bank balance in that joint account for his visit

Whats in the CA report.
I dont think so the one statement is sufficient for a officer to do a decision.
BTW how much money in that account?
In accounts almost 10000 CAD. And than CA report includes that 10k$ plus house property plus gold investment. In my bank account 8000$ and my and my wife both job offer letter
