No reference letter for previous employer

Hi guys,

I am facing a predicament, I have submitted me EE profile and a CRS score of 466. My experience starts from 2011. I have managed to get reference letter from employer from my two employers for 2012 until the present one. But my employer from 2011-2012 is acting up and would not give a proper reply. I don't think they are in a mood to give me the letter.

Now i have mentioned all my experience in my EE profile, what if i don't get the reference letter for 2011-2012, could it be an issue. I have the letter from 2012 onwards on company letterhead though.

Since your experience is 6+ then reference letter is not required. Please mention that employer in personal history only.

Preet I have submitted my EE profile, and have mentioned 2011-2012 experience. So it does not make any difference if i don't produce the Reference letter for that tenure?

After removing that experience, if your CRS does not reduce and If you get 67 under FSW then its fine. As I mentioned, while filling PR application mention that experience in personal history only.

Once you mention in personal history, no need of reference letter for that job.
