I am seeing that they are giving out more prearrivals. May be they will update about the DM in a batch. So yeah, wait a few days, may next week would be it. Best of luck!

Seeing a lot of prearrivals here - congrats everyone :)
Not to be a downer but just FYI we got prearrival 3 weeks ago and still no DM or PPR so I don’t think there’s a standard way that NDVO operates.

Hi guys,

I am just re-writing my status in this thread for the rest of you. I was not following this discussion from beginning.

July 19, 2017 Application (New Delhi Visa Office) - Yesterday, I have received Invitation to Pre-arrival services letter on the CIC website and ECAS (Electronic Client Application Status) is changed from In Progress to Decision Made under Permanent Residence Application Status. I guess the July applications process have been begun. :)

FYI for those who do not know - Please check your ECAS because my CIC website is still saying that "Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." The ECAS shows the most updated status from my experience.

Link to check ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

Good luck to all of us!! :)

" https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rmation-privacy/requests-information-act.html This is the official link of the CIC website where you can order your GCMS notes...anybody who is a Canadian citizen can do it..for instance if you’re the PA and the sponsor is in Canada,he can apply on your behalf and you need to send him a “CONSENT FORM” with your signature...email him/her a scanned copy and that person can pay an amount of $5 and apply it online...it takes 30 calendar days for You to receive them through an email...sometimes more or less depends from case to case...

This second link gives you step by step procedure...follow it up...
