The officer told me in 1-2 months. Haven’t got the oath invite yet. Waiting starts again I guess, but won’t for long now I hope. Lol

And I am still waiting for the test invite, is this normal?
I called them they told me my file is in the Edmonton office and I am within the timelines of 12 months!

It is really frustrating as I am travelling overseas for 3 weeks this summer.

Normal? Unfortunately that term doesn't mean much. IRCC would say you are still within the 12 months window, so they would classify it as "Routine".

A Lot of us are in the same boat as you. Just waiting for any sort of movement.

I submitted mine a week ahead of yours and I got the test invite three weeks ago. I guess they are spending more time on your case. Dont worry, patient.
