NOC 0122 without supervisory experience

Hi guys!

Really need your advice.

I work in a bank and my responsibilities exactly matches those of credit manager except the managerial functions. I'm just a 'specialist' (expert/officer) and don't have any employees under me.

Is 0122 still gonna work for me? If not, which one I can choose then?

I'd suggest you look for other NOCs as "supervisory roles" are mandatory with Category "0" - management.
