Dear All,

I have paid right of permanent residence fee (RPRF) on 1/22/2016 when CIC asked me to pay fees and submit other relevant documents. Two days ago, I have received a message in my GCKey online account where I have been asked to pay RPRF for me and my spouse and submit bio page of all dependents including principal applicant by 27th of June. Actually one of friend in Canada paid the RPRF on behalf of me and he also sent me the PDF money receipt from CIC. I have that money receipt. I just wonder why HKVO asked me again to pay the fee. I raised a case specific inquiry to know whether it will be okay to upload the CIC money receipt in my GCKey account. Can anybody suggest me whether it will be okay to upload the money receipt in my GCKey account I have with me right now. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Do you pay RPRF together with application processing fee at the document submission?
I did it and VO dont ask me any ADR ab it.
I think they did mistake, they miss your receipt.
I think now you put that scan copy in Upload they create for RPRF. Write an letter of explain that you paid it at the submission.
Also courier the hard copy of ADR including RPRF to the VO.

Or you can ask them via Enquiry. Similar to you, my VO missed a document I submitted before and asked me ADR. I wrote a LOE via Enquiry and VO replied that They have uploaded the missing document into my application.

Thanks for your reply. Today I checked my submitted application in GCKey again and found that in the document upload section the first column states that ' replacement needed' . Next to this Column is the required document list where they have listed rprf and passport bio page for me, my spouse and kids. Does it mean, the already paid rprf is old and I need to replace. If the answer is yes, then how can replace the old rprf money receipt with new one.

Any advice is much appreciated.

When my turn will come for medical....

You can provide your old one since you already paid it at The submission. You write some explain that you paid it and specify the amounts you paid for you and your spouse together with application processing fee (do some calculations to show them) , attach it as the 1st page of the RPRF document (the 2nd page is the invoice including RPRF).
Also You can write an Enquiry or email to your VO to explain that you paid RPRF together with processing fee at submission and shows them the proof (invoice). And you can ask them now can you upload the existing invoice? They will response you (SGVO replied me after 2 days only) that you can upload it or they can do it for you.
