decision made status but no email received

- I applied study permit (paper based) as on 07-May-2018 through VFS Dubai. Next day status was "application is under process" by abu dhabi embassy. On 21-May-2018, Status changed to "Decision made" but I haven't received any email from IRCC until now. Really worried & my life is on hold. I sent an email to embassy & and also submitted web based case specific enquiry but no response received yet. Please senior forum member help me by giving your feedback. Any applicant from UAE in May regarding study permit. Please comment your experiences. I checked my status on VFS website throughtracking number. Upfront medical submitted. My decision made very speedy. Is it a positive sign or not?
he bro almost similar happened here only difference is my cic account show decision made approved. but they requested for passport but i have already submitted the passport at Delhi vfs.
No email for IRCC only update on Online account. Paper based application
How did you link your application? I don't have application number or uci. How can I get these?
My account shows final decision is in progress but VFS tracking shows final decision made. Really confused.......!
Then it’s not a decision. Just returning your password for safe keeping if it ain’t gotten to processing time yet
They’re just returning your passport which will come with a Covid19 instruction on how to later submit passy
