I agree with the fact they'll have to increase the ITA number each draw, to reach the target. My bet is that they will change it to 4000 in June or July.
I think it will be tough but better to check with university and see their deadlines.
I think they will increase to 3750 from next draw and continue till July, so basically June-July 3750,Aug-Sep 4000, Oct-mid Nov 3500 and Mid-Nov to Dec 3000
based on above total ITAs to be issued would be 54,500, Already 31,500 issued till date..sum total 86k ITAs!! Perfect planning
Also, people who have the higher score or near borderline will be more inclined to vote, and that will also skew the result. Will need to normalize the result.Only 163 votes registered so far..out of 8k+ people sitting over 430!!! Atleast we need to 1k votes to determine the accuracy of the poll
How do we normalize the result? I mean how can we assign weights to each score? We don't know which score is how active ??

I believe that it is factible to see CRS reach 430 around the last trimester, if they increase the number of ITAs issued starting next 91th draw (3,750) and then they increase again (4,000) no later than the 95th draw.
But, I don´t think that it would come down to 420s . Maybe 429 is posible but lower than that, it would require back to back draws and that is more umpredictable than to think of an increase of the number of ITAs to be issued per draw..

I am 25 years old and currently sitting at 433 after getting my May 12 IELTS result which are L:9, R:9, S:8.5,W:6. Should I request a re-evaluation on my writing?
I kept missing 1 point here or there in my previous IELTS and not able to get CLB9 is driving me crazy!!!!
I do not have a bachelor degree, therefore, I am ineligible for Human Capital or Nomination.
I have a 2 year Diploma from Canadian College and 2 years Canadian Working experience
If i am able to get into Band CLB9, my score will be boosted into 456 which will make my ITA a sure thing!
I have been browsing this forum for a while and it is delightful to see that most members are so positive and encouraging others who are a little bit pessimistic. This is Ray of HOPE! We shall keep it up!

Even if you ask 10 times no one can give you a definite answer.
You will hear all kinds of responses, hang in there it will, IRCC is unpredictable, anything can happen, no chance, it will stay above 440, try to improve your score to above 440 etc.
Based on the current trend though, I would think it may not reach 430 this year.
