I have officially crossed the 90 day mark and here is where I stand:

Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

If I live in the US and im American, where does my application take place? I ask because apparently that matters

I think your file is probably in Ottawa as is quite a number of people in the 90 days plus range. Almost all are in IP1 and almost everyone that has called CIC was told the same thing: that eligibility is in progress and things are looking good. I think applications submitted around 28th Feb to like 1st week of March were sent to Ottawa which has a huge backlog already. Applications from around mid March to April are getting faster PPRs most treated outside Ottawa, not sure of this observation is correct tho. Let’s hope for some good movement to IP2 and PPRs the same day this week!!

I got a Singapore PCC ADR on 27 Feb and was given 2 months for submission. I uploaded the PCC on 1 April. Does CIC start reviewing the ADR provided only after the 2 months have exhausted (in my case 27 April)?

I applied for my GCMS notes on 19/04/18 and just got them today, this was after I emailed them exactly on the due date to say they were overdue. The notes were generated 5 hours after I put in the initial request under the Privacy Act but they seem to have sat on them for a month until they were prompted.

GCMS Assessments:
Eligibility: Recommended Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

I'll put in another request today and hopefully see some change in a month when I get the new notes, hopefully with security underway.

AOR is 12th Feb for me.
My Timelines are two weeks behind yours.
The January and March have trackers/ excel sheets etc. Wondering if we have one as well.?

Time line as follow:
AOR: 27th Feb,2018
IN Process: IP1
Country : Pakistan
Category: FSW

Eligibility: Recommended Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

Mine's the same timeline. I haven't ordered GCMS yet. Do you know when your file was last processed and at which office?

Got the ghost update in my account. And seems like moved to IP2. It's been 111 days since my AOR.

Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Can anyone please confirm if this should be the background check status after the update. And how long does it take to get the PPR email after the update.

everything is slow atm. IRCC is drowning in the deluge of applications.
But many are getting PPRs based on their application type (i.e. Inland\outland and FSW\CEC\PNP) and country of application. People with AOR on 26-April-2018 have PPRs so flood of applications is certainly not the only hindrance for backlog reduction. I haven't seen any Inland PNP person getting PPRs in less than 62 days whereas FSW-outland application from USA are getting it in 10-40 days!

Does anyone know why Inland PNP candidates have lengthy processing timelines?

Now it's saying "We are reviewing the additional documents". I believe the status changed the very next day upon uploading the PCC.

my bad - what i meant is for FSW-O candidates, although there are a lot of delays for CEC applicants as well.

from what I have read on the forums, IP2 after 111 days is good because it means that PPR should be around the corner. There are many who enter IP2 within the first 45-60 days and stay there for another 60-75 days.
