Ok your nomination have restrictions marked to yes? Also therr is no option in cic forms thats asks about employer contact details.

My AINP certificate has no restrictions but I'm on a closed work permit.

If you think so. Be it. But my employer received a call from cic last Friday. Confirming if I'm still working with him. If how it happens it doesn't matter. What matters is somehow cic is working on my application and that's a good sign. To think that I'm just waiting for PPR

Since i am on a closed permit and have changed jobs 3 times so i am guessing they might call my employer too

How cic got ur employer contac number? I think that call was from ainp not cic.

I think it was ainp, cic never contact employer

that probably means your eligibility hasn't been passed yet.

Yes I recieved too I think after eligibility paased

Who told you cic never contact employer? I am employer bound and they called my boss twice. They will want to know if you are still working and your behaviour and attitude, they also asked for go ahead incase the employer changes their mind

yes, we figured pre-arrival services letter is sent after the eligibility is passed

I applied to Federal PR in June,2017. My application number starts with EP00276***

My analysis is in 5-months (June,2017 - Feb,2017) only 5,000 ( EP00276*** - EP00271***) applications received by CIC.

Government target for 2018 Canada immigration levels for PNP-PR- paper based target is 55,000 (this means visa officers on an average they
to clear 5000 applications monthly)

Did you mean Feb 2018? Because i'm an april'17 applicant and have EP0026... number.

I am March applicant. I am just wondering how you call them? I tried to call this morning, however, the recording said line is busy and hung up. I also wanna try to call and ask about my status. Please advice. thanks
