PA CRS score enough but spouse score is not..

Hi all, just a quick question--if I as the Principal Applicant have enough CRS score but my partner's score is probably not enough (around 390), would we still be able/possible to get ITA once we submit our application as a whole?
I tried to search around but couldn't find a solid answer...

Yes, you can be the primary applicant and your spouse the dependent.
