Diploma less than a year?

Hello, I'm planning to apply for EE soon.

I have a bachelor's degree from my home country and I'm going to public college in Canada.

My program at the college is 10 months long.

Can I say that I have more than one degree?

There's no drop down for 10months diploma. Minimum is a year.

My program consists of 3 semester and total 31.5 credits.

I only had 3 weeks of vacation after the first semester.

I'm about to finish my program.

Do you think IRCC will consider my diploma program as a year program?

Please answer and give me some tips

It says 10 months.

But some immigration consultants said the IRCC will consider it as a year.. which I am not really sure.

If it's not a dual degree, I can't apply for EE.. my score will be too low
