Tenure of VISA less tha Duration of Course ! Plz Help

I applied for my Student Visa , and it got approved last week . My Course Starts in September 2018 and end in Setember 2019 . The General Convention is one gets Visa of Three months more than the expected date of conpletion of Course . But i got VISA of 90 days less i.e. till 30.06.2019. I will be in the midde of my course till then . Will i have any difficulty at Port of Entry , and how can i extend my VISA .

Don't worry about the visa, as it can be extended easily from within Canada. Congratulations, by the way.
