Applying Super Visa online in Canada

Dear All,

I am PR of Canada, Currently in Canada.
I am collating documents to apply Super Visa for my parents who are in India.

Query: My parents have filled representative form and I am their representative.
I will be applying online mentioning Visa office as New Delhi.
In COVER LETTER can I explain that I am applying for my parents as their representative ? Please advise if you see any issue.

My parents (In fact me) have filled IMM-5476, hope this is the correct form.

And I believe they don't need to sign any documents as I am applying online, And Do I need to generate bar code? that is usually done with paper based applications.
