Hi
I got mymedical request on April 26, had my appt on May 16, I just logged into my cic account and it said they did not receive the medical.
I did have to defer the xray because my ob would not give consent as I am 21 weeks pregnant. My son's was done and sent in(from Trinidad) . I did all other test and the panel physician said she would send whatever she had, I'm in Ontario. I tried calling ircc but can't get to speak w an agent. I emailed them the xray deferred form that was given to me by panel physician same date as my appt and explained I had my appt today but deferred xray on advice of my ob etc.
Would you happen to know abt this type situation or any advice.
Anyone in similar situation please feel free to share your advice.

Update I just spoke w agent he said they didn't get my medical from Dr. Waiting for call from panel physician.

Its okay and not a problem.......IRCC will have to wait until you can complete the deferred xray to compete assessment of your application.

Refer.........I’m pregnant. Can I wait until after I give birth to take the medical exam?

Thank you for replying.
I think the issue is the panel physician didn't submit anything at all for me.
The agent said to call them and find out when it was sent because they have nothing stating that I had been to a panel physician. They did confirm receipt of what I sent them but nothing from her.
I called her office earlier today and the receptionist said they don't send it without the xray. I explained to her the doctor discussed my options with me and assured me all other results would be sent within 2 days or so. When I called her a while ago she said they are working on it and she is yet to call me back.
I know in any event it will be delayed. But do you know if people still get their aip in such cases?

Approval in principle (AIP) is sent by IRCC to state that you meet the PR eligibility requirements, but you still have to pass the medical, security and background checks for you and, if needed, your family members........so am not too sure if you will receive AIP in your case.

Maybe others could help to provide more info.......thanks.
