Request letter for police certificate missing

Hello, my husband had a letter on his file on thursday evening, requesting an additional police certificate. Now this letter is gone, been replaced by our letter from last august requesting schedule A and police check from country he spent most of life in from age 18... on the outside of this folder it says eligibility passed..

Now this letter is gone, been replaced by our letter from last august requesting schedule A and police check from country he spent most of life in from age 18... on the outside of this folder it says eligibility passed..

if you earlier sent the schedule A and police certificate in August and not sure......maybe you should contact IRCC to clarify.....to avoid any misunderstanding or delay.
