Can I list my incomplete masters ?

I am currently pursuing masters at UK and have another 3 months to graduate. I am hoping to move to Canada after the masters to live there. My current points are 438 and the past few draws have been 440,441.. and its frustating as I just need few more points to qualify for the draw.

So I can list my incomplete masters in my application? As well, what else can I do to add 2 or 3 more points to my final score? I am willing to be contacted by visa agencies if they can help me out.

You will not receive points for that as it would be without the ECA number. To increase the points max you IELTS and wait for the masters to complete and then get it evaluated to get the points.

Other than the above recommended which is the best option there will be few options like french test etc
